SEO Portal
SEO Portal is enabled per organization under SEO Portal → Settings, not from this System Settings page. There you connect Moz and DataForSEO, turn on worksheet flashcard review, and map SEO team roles. How to use inventory, worksheets, and Google index checks is in SEO Portal. Who may send which index-check rows is in SEO Portal Permissions.
AI & Integrations
- AI Setting — configure the AI assistant.
- Agent Reference Files — documents the AI can reference.
- MCP Server — external tool integrations for the AI agent.
Other Administration Tools
- Mail Triggers — automated emails for events like leave approval or payslip generation.
- Browser Push Triggers — enable browser push for the organization and choose which events also send browser (OS) notifications to employees who opt in. Open Administration → Browser Push Triggers.
- System Logs — audit trail of system activity.
- Helpdesk — internal support ticket settings.
Browser Push Notifications
Administrators enable browser push from Administration → Browser Push Triggers (or System Settings → General Settings), then turn individual events on or off on the same page. Push uses your deployment’s Firebase project (configured by your IT team) and requires HTTPS.
Employees still see in-app bell notifications regardless of push settings. To receive browser alerts they must:
- Allow notifications when the enable popup appears after sign-in, or click Enable browser notifications in the header bell menu / Profile page.
- Confirm Allow when the browser permission prompt appears.
Browser push covers admin-enabled events such as task assignments, timesheet approvals, payslips, and leave updates. It is separate from attendance check-in, overtime re-check-in, or shift auto-checkout reminders.
First-Time Setup
When a new organization first logs in, a setup wizard guides you through the essential configuration — company details, departments, and initial settings — so you can start using HRMGridSystem right away.
