Recruitment

Manage your entire hiring process — from posting jobs and tracking candidates to scheduling interviews and moving successful hires into onboarding.

Recruitment Dashboard

Start at Recruitment → Dashboard for a snapshot of open positions, active candidates, and upcoming interviews.

Setting Up Your Hiring Pipeline

Before posting jobs, configure how candidates move through your process:

  1. Pipelines — create hiring pipelines (for example, "Standard Engineering Hire").
  2. Stages — define stages within each pipeline (Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired).

Find these under Recruitment → Pipelines and Recruitment → Stages.

Posting Jobs

  1. Go to Recruitment → Jobs and create a new job posting.
  2. Enter the job title, description, department, and requirements.
  3. Link the job to a recruitment pipeline.
  4. Publish the job — it appears on your public Careers page where candidates can apply.

Managing Candidates

All applicants appear under Recruitment → Candidates. You can view them in a list or on the Recruitment Board — a visual board where you drag candidates between stages.

For each candidate you can:

  • Review their application and resume.
  • Add notes and ratings.
  • Move them to the next stage or reject them.
  • Schedule interviews.

Interviews

Use Recruitment → Interviews to schedule and track interview sessions. Assign interviewers, set date and time, and record outcomes.

Public Careers Page

Your organization has a public job board at /careers where anyone can browse open positions and submit applications — no login required.

From Hired to Onboarding

When a candidate reaches the Hired stage, you can start their onboarding process. This creates their employee record and kicks off the new-hire checklist. See the Onboarding guide for the next steps.
