Modules

Toggle features on/off. If you don't use the Recruitment module, you can disable it here to declutter the menu.

Notifications

Configure which events trigger email or system notifications.

Custom Fields

Need to track "T-Shirt Size" or "Blood Group" for employees?
Go to Settings > Custom Fields and add new fields to the Employee Profile form.

Data Security

• 2FA: Enforce Two-Factor Authentication for admins.
• Password Policy: Set complexity requirements and expiry rules.
• Session Timeout: Auto-logout idle users.

Backups

Configure automated database backups to S3, Google Drive, or Local Storage.
Note: Requires setting up filesystem disks in config/filesystems.php.
