Overview

The Organization Chart provides a dynamic tree view of all employees, connecting reports to their managers. This helps in understanding the chain of command and team structures.

Accessing the Chart

Navigate to Employee > Organization Chart.

Features

  • Zoom & Pan: Navigate large organizations easily by dragging and scrolling.
  • Search: Quickly locate an employee within the chart.
  • Export: Download the chart as an image or PDF for presentations.

Updating Structure

The chart is automatically generated based on the "Reporting Manager" field in each Employee's profile.

  1. Go to Employee List.
  2. Edit an employee.
  3. Update the "Reporting To" field.
  4. The chart will reflect the changes immediately.
