Overview
The Organization Chart provides a dynamic tree view of all employees, connecting reports to their managers. This helps in understanding the chain of command and team structures.
Accessing the Chart
Navigate to Employee > Organization Chart.
Features
- Zoom & Pan: Navigate large organizations easily by dragging and scrolling.
- Search: Quickly locate an employee within the chart.
- Export: Download the chart as an image or PDF for presentations.
Updating Structure
The chart is automatically generated based on the "Reporting Manager" field in each Employee's profile.
- Go to Employee List.
- Edit an employee.
- Update the "Reporting To" field.
- The chart will reflect the changes immediately.
