Marking Attendance

Shift Management

Define working hours, breaks, and grace periods.

• Fixed Shift: e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Flexible Shift: Core hours + flexible entry/exit.
• Rotating Shift: Assigned dynamically on a weekly/monthly basis.

Overtime & Late Marking

The system automatically calculates late arrivals based on shift timings and grace periods. Overtime (OT) can be configured to trigger after specific hours or on weekends.

Attendance Regularization

If an employee forgets to clock in, they can raise a "Regularization Request" which the manager can approve to correct the record.
