Dashboard Overview

The HRMGridSys Dashboard is the central command center for admins and employees. It provides a quick snapshot of the organization's health, upcoming tasks, and pending requests.

Admin Dashboard

When you log in as an administrator, you will see a high-level view of:

• Total Employees: Active headcount distribution.
• Attendance Stats: Who is present, absent, on leave, or late today.
• Pending Requests: Leave requests, expense claims, and document approvals requiring your action.
• Recruitment Pipeline: Active job openings and candidate stages.
• Upcoming Birthdays & Anniversaries: Foster culture by celebrating milestones.

Widgets and Charts

The dashboard includes interactive charts (e.g., Department Headcount, Monthly Attendance Trends) that help you make data-driven decisions.

Employee Dashboard

Employees see a personalized version of the dashboard focusing on their own data:

• Clock In/Out: Quick action buttons for daily attendance.
• Leave Balance: View remaining casual, sick, and earned leaves.
• My Tasks: Assigned projects, performance goals, or onboarding tasks.
• Payslips: Quick access to the latest salary slip.

Quick Actions

The top bar provides universal access to:

• Global Search (Employee directory, pages)
• Notifications (Approvals, announcements)
• Profile Settings
