Job Board

Create and manage job postings. Each job can have a custom recruitment pipeline (stages).

Candidates & Applications

View all applicants in a Kanban-style board or list view.

  • Screening: Initial review of resumes.
  • Interview: Schedule interviews with panel members.
  • Offer: Generate and send offer letters.
  • Hired: Convert the candidate to an employee.

Onboarding

Once a candidate is marked as "Hired", they move to the Onboarding module.

This triggers a checklist of tasks such as:

  • Document collection (ID proofs, educational certificates).
  • Asset allocation (Laptop, ID Card).
  • Account creation (Email, Slack, Jira).

Offboarding

When an employee leaves, the Offboarding module helps track the exit process:

  • Resignation acceptance.
  • Notice period tracking.
  • No-dues clearance from various departments.
  • Full & Final (F&F) settlement.
